If my feet are the same size, can I still wear these shoes?
Absolutely! Just order lefts and rights in the same size.
How will you ship my shoes?
We’ll use the most expeditious method at the time of shipping, and we’ll send you a tracking number so you can track them along the way.
What is the cost for shipping?
Our shipping is free of charge.
Do you ship internationally?
For now, we're only shipping to the continental US.
Do your shoes run large or small?
People who have worn them tell us our shoes run true to size in US measurement.
Are your shoes sold in several widths?
Right now our shoes are made in a medium width. If you typically wear a wide shoe, we're not ready for you yet. Please sign up for our newsletter and we'll keep you posted on new styles, sizes, and...widths.
What's your return policy?
We’re planet-friendly, so we only make your specific shoes after you’ve ordered them (eliminating the waste associated with big inventories). With that in mind:
a. If we’ve made a mistake in filling your order (wrong shoe style, wrong sizes, for example) send us a picture or two of your unworn shoes (please show us the soles) at firstname.lastname@example.org, highlighting the problem, and we’ll make it right. Please include a phone number where we can reach you.
b. If you need to make a small repair to wear your shoes, within 14 days of receiving them, send us a note at email@example.com, with a picture of what’s wrong with your shoes. Please include a phone number where we can reach you. We’ll authorize certain light repairs and, if necessary, help you find shoe repair locally or online. When you send us a photo of your receipt for the completed work, we’ll issue you a discount code on your next two new pairs of shoes equal to the cost of repair plus $10, up to a cap of $50 per pair of shoes.
